3. Mail, fax or email a copy of your child care license

Enrollment:

Insurance coverage for your child care business will begin upon receipt and approval of your application and payment, or a start date that you specify, whichever is later.

The policy starts and ends each calendar year on September 1st. Individuals may apply for membership benefits at any time during the policy period. It is not necessary to wait until the policy renews each year on September 1st. Please note that premiums and membership fees are "minimum" and may not be prorated.

We welcome you to complete the Child Care Liability application and submit it to us either by email or by printing the application and mailing it to New England Insurance Services, Inc. ~ P.O. Box 63 ~ Weatogue, CT 06089.

If you operate a program other child care please contact us and we will send you a specific application that applies to your program.

The application on this website is a Liability application. There are additional questionnaires that we will require for property, automobile, worker's compensation, umbrella and directors' and officers' liability. Please contact us for additional information on these types of policies.

Once we have received all the required information we will acknowledge having received it. After we have reviewed your applications it will be approximately seven to ten business days for our presentation to be prepared and sent to you.
